Facilities

The Club has great facilities including a spacious Lounge Area and main bar, Function Room with bar, Snooker Room, a Reading / Meeting Room and a fully equipped Kitchen.

Lounge Area

The focal point of the Club. A great place to spend time with your friends. Have a drink or something to eat from the kitchen.

The Bower Room

Named after the Club's founder, the Bower Room lends its self to all sorts of functions, catering for up to 120 people, dining or enjoying one of the many Social nights with top acts from around the country. The Bower room has a fully equipped bar with an extensive range of fine wines, spirits and beers. The Bower Room also make a great venue for Corporate or Business events.

Snooker Room

A top quality facility with what we believe are the best three tables in the town.

Reading Room / Meeting Room

A quiet area for reading, watching sport on the TV or holding meetings.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen providing catering services on lunchtimes Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Also Sunday lunches. The facility also provides catering to the many Club functions and can provide services to private functions, parties, weddings and corporate events.

MEMBER BOOKINGS

The cost of members hiring the Bower Room on Friday or Saturday evenings is just £130.
Midweek evenings is just £70.
Day time bookings, price negotiable.

Sunday bookings start from 3pm

Catering can be arranged  for up to 120 guests (via the Steward).  
  Set up time in advance of the function is by arrangement with the Steward.

To book members should contact the Secretary for a booking form or check with the bar staff for availability.

Please note that no bookings are firm until receipt of the deposit (£35) has been acknowledge by the Secretary. Please note that the booking member must take full responsibility for the function and guest and must be present throughout.
